Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or obligation to purchase. The email form requires you to send the prepared message from your own email application.

Payments and cancellation

This website does not take payments. Project payment, cancellation and refund arrangements are set out in the written agreement. Fees for completed work and committed third-party costs are considered when resolving a cancellation. Applicable statutory rights are not excluded.

Content and intellectual property

Website content and design may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Client-supplied content must be provided with appropriate rights. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables is addressed in the project agreement.
